• How to register?  NEW

Registration is now open (link). 

You need to create an account. Once we have received the payment according to your choices:

• • type of registration (full or student one)
  • number of papers + submission number
  • diet + venue to Gala dinner
  • if accompanied 
  • tutorial attendance (full day or half day)

You will then receive a receipt. Note that no extra page is allowed for the final submission (4 pages max for discussion, 6 for regular papers, and 12 for survey papers). 

After verification of your payment, voucher codes will be sent to you for each registered paper. These vouchers codes will help you to submit your final papers at ifac.papercept.net. (once the transfer copyright sent and the Update the final version information updated).  

• Are there any hotels available in the Campus? NEW

Negotiations to get rooms inside the Bordeaux University Campus are still undergoing. 

Three possibilities to have reduced fees have been negotiated with TENEO apparthotels at Talence:

• Promotion code : ICFDA2024
• Validity for the three apparthotels in Talence :  Ténéos Talence Centre, Espeleta and Arthéna
• Booking valide between: July 6 to 14 2024

•  How to get a letter of acceptance?

Until the review process is finished (mid-March), if you need an invitation letter for your visa or grant applications, please send a mail to icfda2024@sciencesconf.org:

• How to submit a paper? 

The submission process is detailed on the following page. The submission is done on ifac.papercept.net, scroll down to ICFDA2024 conference:

and submit your proposal by clicking on the "submit" link beside your proposal:

• How to register a PIN for a submission on ifac.papercetp.net?

Any submission requires a PIN for the corresponding author and the co-authors.

• • to register a new PIN for yourself and/or your co-authors, go onto the “PIN” page, and click on "Register a new PIN"
  • or find your own or someone else’s PIN by clicking on "Find your own or someone else's PIN"

• Do I need to registrate for the initial submission? 

There is no need to register for the initial submission. It is only for the final submission that a registration is required in order to deposit your final paper (starting on April 1 2024).
