Registration
Online registration opens on April 1, 2024.
Registration is now open. You will need to create a new account.
Three possilities are available for payment:

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We recommend that you save the payment confirmation notification at the end of the transaction.

PAYMENT BY ORDER FORM
Order forms are accepted from French institutions only and subject to receiving full payment at least 15 days before the opening of the event.
The order form must mention the participant's name and be addressed to:

Please specify the name of the participant in your order form and send it by email to: congres@adera.fr with the name of the conference in the subject line.
Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

Regular registrations are entitled to two paper uploads and student registrations to one upload. Additional papers can be uploaded for a 150€ fee.
* The tutorial registration is for attending a full tutorial session.
** The tutorial registration per period is for attending one part of a session.
*** The accompanying person registration is for participating at the banquet on Thursday evening.
A registration covers 3 lunches, 5 coffee breaks and the gala dinner. It covers all organizing expenses.
Note that no extra page is allowed for the final submission (4 pages max for discussion, 6 for regular papers, and 12 for survey papers).
*The registration fees have been lowered for all participants thanks to our sponsorships.
