Letter of acceptance (Visa Letter):
All authors of accepted papers will have the option to request an invitation letter via email at icfda2024@sciencesconf.org with the subject “Invitation letter request NAME SURNAME”. The invitation letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. Please note that only conference registrants will be issued the standard invitation letter. We regret that we are unable to provide customized letters.
Attendance certificates:
- Attendance certificates will be delivered to participants presenting a paper during the session in which the paper is presented.
- Limited to participants not presenting any paper, attendance certificates will be delivered at the Registration Desk.

How to travel in Bordeaux?
From Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport:
- Option 1: Public transports
- Take the tramway A to the city center (1.70€ for one trip)
- Or take the bus Liane 1 or Corol 39 - https://www.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/acces-transports/bus
- Option 2:
- Take the direct shuttle to the central railway station, Bordeaux Saint Jean (30mn, 8€): https://30direct.com/.
- Option 3:
- By taxi in front of Hall A. For your information, a mean course to the city center costs around 30€ in day time or 45€ by night*.
From Bordeaux Saint-Jean Railway station:

- Or take the bus Liane 31 (to go directly to the University Campus in 20mn, Peixoto station)
